Wah siao damn long never update liao. Been doing my training log on word documents then save in com haha. Okay first post of 2011 :D
Did "3.3km" for pe today although i seriously doubt the distance. Damn idle D: walk jog walk jog. After that, I went to the track room to drink water and do abit pullups :D broke my PB!!! Did 23 today! Damn happy leh. Before this the most was 21 during BSC.
After school, I went to the gym. Lesson ended at 420pm, didn't bother to go MacRitchie. Winners are not only those who train the hardest, but the smartest as well xD
Did:
3(sets) x 8(reps) of bicep curls (22.5kg)
3(sets) x 10(reps) of lats pulldown (130pounds)
3(sets) x 20(reps) of situps (twisted)
3(sets) x 20(reps) of leg raises
for pullups, i did:
1 set x 10(reps) of 10kg,
2 set x 7(reps) of 12.5kg
my pullups have been improving, but i think my running is quite lousy now. I need to run more but I seriously can't find the motivation to run D: pullups I can just do whenever I see a bar, but not running. I see a track I sien liao. Game over :/
